Job Description:
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing digital
projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with crossfunctional
teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and clients, to ensure
successful project delivery and achievement of business objectives. You will be the driving
force behind planning, executing, and monitoring digital projects, ensuring they are
delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and
deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource
allocation, and budget estimates.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to
ensure effective project execution. Assign tasks, set priorities, and follow up on
progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure digital projects meet quality standards by conducting
thorough testing, reviewing deliverables, and obtaining client approval. Ensure
adherence to project specifications, industry best practices, and regulatory
requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, anticipate challenges, and develop
contingency plans to minimize project disruptions. Proactively address issues that
may impact project scope, timeline, or budget.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive team environment,
encouraging effective communication and knowledge sharing among team
members. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to foster
their professional growth.
- Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success,
